I am testing the waters for any interest in a combo purchase of my cobra and GT40 replicas.
The cobra is car SPF148. It has a (relatively, less that 400 miles) new 427SO with dual carbs and tunnel port built by Keith Craft. Dyno'ed just under 600 at the flywheel. Trans is a Tremec 3550 that is newly built and the rear is new as well with a Eaton 355 lockar. This car has 12 year old paint and is not a polished queen, but still looks pretty nice. She is street driven. The only thing left to do mechanically is brakes (they are fine now for street, but if you are tracking, an upgrade is a must) and suspension work (needs aligned, etc). titled in OK as a cobra.
The GT40 is an RCR and is the first one sold to the public. It is sorted out mechanically, but is a track car. The paint and body would need some work to make it a show car. Lots of fun on the track. Stroked windsor built by Dean Lampes' friend Lumpy. Transaxle is Audi. Breaks are unbelievable AP brand. Never titled but have cert of origin and receipts.
I would like 100K for both. A lot of people in the middle of the country know these cars.
I just don't drive them as often as they deserve and I would love to see them in the hands of someone that is as excited as I was when I got them.
