Description: I bought this Tremec TR3650 a few months ago for a project that I was considering. I have since changed course and decided to go with a T56 trans instead. The transmission is from a 2003 Mustang Cobra with 42,800 miles (I was told) and apears to be in very good condition. Includes Throwout bearing fork, bellhousing, and shifter. It is best suited for a 4.6 engine set up. The Torque rating for this transmission is 365 lbs. If you have any questions give me a call at 918-633-5336. I would be willing to split the shipping fee with the buyer.

Clois,

If that is from a '03 Cobra then it is a T-56. The Cobra T-56 according to Tremec had a 450 ft/lb TQ rating. The weak link in the trans was the 10 spline input. The various 23 spline replacement input shafts cured the problem.

Nope, it is a TR3650 from a 2003 Cobra. It was also used in the Mach I and it is a five speed as shown.

Clois, will this bolt up to my pond 482? Or are they for small blocks only.
