Description:	Leather and wool Kirkham Motorsports reproduction of the 289 Cobra seat. This seat is in very nice condition with only a slight scratch (see photo). What the heck happened to the bottom of that seat to put all the bends, dings, and creases in it?

It is a sheet metal pan that is formed by hand, the main structure is formed steel tubing. This seat is manufactured the same way as an original 289 Cobra seat. The 427 Cobra seat has a rubber trampoline in the sheet metal area. This seat is not manufactured per most kit manufacturers of fiberglass.
