Beautiful Street Legal car built for the track. 600 cubic inch Big Block Chevrolet engine, 930 horsepower. First stage of Nitrous brings it to 1370 horsepower. Has a Second stage too!
Powerglide transmission, 14 bolt GM rear end. Three sets of progressively quieter sidepipes. Runs cool and well behaved on the street.
Fast ?.......
7.96 seconds at 170 mph in the quarter mile, 1.19 60' time.
0-60 in just over 1 second!
I'm saddened to let this car go after so many years but it is time. Other priorities take over for now, a faster car will replace it when it is time.

Colin I'm sorry to see that it's up for sale. You have some heart and soul into that project with great results. It's a well dialed car for the next owner good luck with the sale.

What's the wheel base ?
What's it weigh ?
Do you have a pic of the chassis ?
Any video ?

I have loved this car for a number of years now and have taken it from a rough rolling chassis to Street legal, Beautiful, and Blindingly Fast. It is actually very easy to drive and is well mannered both on the street and the highway.
I am selling for two reasons, both are good. The first is my property development in Central America. Anyone looking for an affordable property in Honduras? I will be there full time for the foreseeable future and will not be using the Cobra.
More importantly, selling it is necessary because I want to go faster than this Cobra can ever be certified for. It has a mild steel chassis and is certified for 7.50 seconds. I will need to build a Chromoly chassis to go faster.
The wheel base is 102", weight is 2,500 lbs plus driver, many photos in my gallery. I will email when requested and upload more to my gallery soon when I get a chance.
