Well if I say 70thou then you will want 70thou for your 60 thou car. So obviously I want one as cheap as possible. Never tell a salesman what you are willing to pay. Because that is what he will try and sell it to you for.

True, but if all you can afford is 25K then you are wasting higher dollar potential sellers time. hence the original question.
