"Titled as a 1965 Ford, so NO SMOG and no SB100 mess !!" And as such is illegal in California. Buyer beware.

VIA Mike, why would you post such a false statement like that? This car has been in California it's entire like and has always been registered in California this way. Please get the facts before you make erroneous statements like that, NOT cool Mike!!

Hi Lovehamr, Not sure what the deal is with the Cobra Jet, that is just what it says in the documentation. Probably has to do with the heads and the Cobra valve covers.

I have the facts straight. Just because the car has been in California its entire life does not mean it is correctly titled. My original Cobra was caught up in the Titles Unlimited mess. I know what I speak of. Your car is fraudulently titled in California. Maybe you should check the facts.

This title has nothing to do with Titles Unlimited!! Just because you got duped and did something questionable don't assume everyone has, be a man Mike and talk to me face to face. Just because your title was in the Title Unlimited mess does not mean everyones is and it CERTAINLY does not make it a fact. Why don't you stick to what you know, not sure what that might be, but you certainly don't know what you are talking about here !!

Obviously trying to inform you that your car is titled improperly is going no where. Sorry you think your car is titled legally. The fact remains it isn't and if you try to sell it as such you are committing fraud. Just because the DMV hasn’t caught up with you yet does not mean it is legally titled. I hope you have a good lawyer because if you sell the car and the new owner gets a “Letter of Revocation of Title” from the DMV you will be the first person they contact.
Take care, FIA Mike
