Trying to track down a kit car built in 2008
Super long shot but trying to track down the
current owner of the Shelby cobra kit car my dad
finished building in Ohio in 2008. He had to sell it in 2012
or 2013. I believe the purchaser was from Maine
and his name may have been Max. The Cobra was
painted Nissan Daytona blue with white or silver
stripes and had a custom cobra logo on the dash.
The donor was a 95 mustang. The kit was Factory Five. Any leads please
message me!

Do you have the FFR chassis number? Registration or title, VIN assigned?

Omg thank you! We’re getting closer! I really want to buy it back! Can we keep looking for the current owner? Thanks so much!

I'd contact the dealer in the post. Maybe they can help.
Or maybe you could hire the Paul Drake Detective Agency

As you know it's Factory Five, you may want to check here: https://www.ffcars.com/forums/factor...-roadsters.17/

Nice looking car,
I really like the seats anybody know who made those?
I also think it was so nice of Mr. Shelby to sign the dash and under the hood of an FFR!
Good luck with your quest, I know how important these things can be.

You know that guy,
The one in the neighborhood who likes to hang around the garage while you are working and talk about back when he had that killer 1977 Chevy Mustang

You might try emailing the Ohio Cobra Club. Someone there might remember the car or its owner, if they were in the club or a regular at the London Cobra show.
