It has a single connector to ground the button when pressed. I had to crimp on a second wire to ground the horn piece to the wheel adapter piece, and then screw the other end of the wire onto the adapter using the pull-out holes. The horn piece already has a ring connector with a screw that you can use to do this. You might not have to do this, if the horn button is touching the adapter/column enough to make the ground.
It was pretty easy and painless. Sorry if my explanation isn't very clear. It literally took me 3 minutes. You can always email me via the site with any questions or whatever.
