Default Unique 289 FIA

Does anyone know
Does the Unique FIA cobra have an off set motor to the right and unequal width foot wells as per the original and the ERA FIA.
I have tried calling Unique but have been unable to get through.
Thanks

I don't know about the Unique FIA but the ERA FIA does. It's not much but it's there. Hard to notice except when you look at the motor through the hood scoop.

Try calling Alan or Maurice at Unique... ph 256-546-3708. The reason you're having troble reaching them is they had a death in the family. Keep trying, you'll be very glad you did. They make a great product and will work with you to meet your spec's.

haha...yeah, that, or when replacing spark plugs or removing the headers..it's not bad, but it's noticable there is more room on one side than the other.

Thanks guys, Unique answered straight away this morning.
Answer was yes motor is offset to the right slightly. Footboxes are the same width.
So then theoretically you can change a Unique from Left to RH drive with a bit
Cheers
