I see CSX 2430 sold for $ 1,485,000 at Gooding Auction last Saturday Night. EX Tom Payne Comp Car......thought it might go for more. Anyone know who bought it? Thinking maybe Texas bound...

That car sold for around $1 million even about 2 years ago. (3020 was sold at the same auction for about $1.0 mil as well) Pretty nice ROE for the owner.

Missed my chance...

Don't think reserve was met when other Payne car sold.
Not sure about TX bound. I know another #13 car would love it to be a match set.
