Cobra Photo Shoot in SoCal
I finally had my car photo'd. A buddy of mine has been bugging me for about a year to take some pictures of my car. Ends up he was right and I should have done it a year ago. He prints these on a metal backing poster size that really brings out the color. Now I have to figure out which ones I wants (really the hard part is figuring out which ones I don't want...)
The best part of the shoot was I found an old military hanger that had a perfect sign overhead "Snake Town". I think the building is going to be tore down soon so I'm glad I got it before then.

There are some really nice looking cars there. He does a good job photographing them.

The warehouse is on Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI), in San Diego. The only "snake" type of thing I can think of that might have been there was Huey Cobra's but not many of those flew in the San Diego area (they were to the north at Camp Pendleton).
The base was the start of naval aviation and it could have been from sea plane back in the day.

Great Pics....Great Snake!
Hi Rw,
Those pics are awesome and your Cobra is stunning! I live in Oceanside and just bought a Cobra last week out of Reno. If your close by, maybe we can hook up and cruise sometime?

Ed,
Thanks. Regretfully I'm out of the country for a bit. But there is a great cobra club that does a ride the first Saturday of the month. They met in the IKEA parking lot near the stadium at 8:00 for a ride. It is a good group of guys with great cars.
