Buy a New Cobra Shelby
Hi,
Can some one recomend a company that can built a New Cobra Shelby replica from top to bottom (paint, aluminum chasis, engine, etc). And if they can built it base on specific requirements instead of a standard production.

You need to elaborate on several things:
What is your budget?
How far from original are you thinking?
Do you want a glass or aluminum body?
Where are you located? There may be some restrictions on importing a kit car to where you live

Aluminum chassis? Specific requirements?
I would call the guys at Kirkham. Ask Larry Ellison. He had same kind of criteria. Hope you have a fat wallet!

I suspect that you meant "aluminum body" and not "aluminum chassis". Original Cobras have a "steel tube chassis" with an "aluminum body".
However if you really want an "aluminum chassis" and custom built to your specifications, then Kirkham will do that for you.
They charged Larry Ellison at least 1 million dollars to build his car with an aluminum billet chassis.
There was an article in the September 2011 issue of Hot Rod magazine that stated: "The price tag for the research and development of the original billet car was north of $1 million. Now that the hard work is done and the CNC programs have been written, KMS says it can reproduce the car for between $300,000 and $400,000."
Here is a link to that article: KMS Copper And Silver Cars - The Goddesses - Hot Rod Magazine
Here is a link to the book on designing that car: Kirkham Motorsports - Leading manufacturer of aluminum bodied 427 and 289 replicas
Here is a link to a discussion of the car on this forum: Million Dollar Skunksworks Kirkham
Here is a link to another article: Kirkham Motorsports Billet Cobra Frame
However, like I said, I suspect you want an "aluminum body" and not an "aluminum chassis", so the pricing for that at Kirkham starts at $80,000 without an engine and transmission. A complete car will be at least $100,000.
Here is a link to pricing and options: Kirkham 427 KMS/SC

Oh, I forgot, painting a Kirkham will be more and Kirkham will not do that for you. Actually they will not install the engine and transmission for you unless you are a customer outside of the United States.

I built my own Cobra Tribute. It has an aluminum chassis. I used aluminum LS6 engine and aluminum C5 Corvette suspension. Obviously the only thing that is a replica is the body.

Depends on how granular your "specific requirements" are. If you're just talking specific power train, wheels, tires, paint color etc. there are several that can build a turnkey for you. If you're getting down to types of fasteners for the body to frame, color and gauge of wiring, type and location of fuse block etc. the selection is going to be pretty limited and very expensive.
More details about what you want would be helpful.

He joined CC on Monday, posted one message yesterday and now he's MIA.
I'm not sure what the market or the environment is like in Mexico for Cobra roadsters, but perhaps he's already re-thinking the idea.
