We made two brackets using an original as the pattern. We cut new copper to cover the old hose fitting and attach the new fitting for the heater hose tube. The filler neck has to be rotated to reorient the overflow tube and a small tube was added in the front for the radiator expansion tube. Lots of work but it turned out well.

Here's another showing the bracket w/o the tank. Original on the left, repo on the right.

Larry what's the clearance between the VC & the bottom of the tank/bracket?

I'm not sure as it's not installed. We test fit it once completed to an engine with Cobra aluminum valve covers and had no fitment issues though.

I have patterns for the bracket that I have shared in the past.
On my car I needed to use spacers of about 3/8" to "stand off" the tank for clearance, however I am using the "tall" aluminum valve covers as I have a roller type valve train.

I don't, sorry Mark. I know they are physically a different size than the original tanks though. Slightly more narrow if I remember correctly.

It's a good looking tank and I think it would work fine, I just have to do things the hard way!
