Speakers for a stereo
Anyone have pictures of the mounting for speakers mounted in the back panel of their car? I’m considering adding kicker coaxial 8” drivers running a free air set up in the truck firing into the cockpit. Let me know your thoughts and challenges with this application.

I'm also interested in adding a music system. I know, I know - exhaust note, pipes, music to your ears, REal Cobras didn't have music etc, etc, etc. Guess what - mine isn't REal and I've heard this song and dance for years so save yourself the trouble of repeating.
My car is loud but not that loud at slow cruise that I wouldn't be enjoy some tunes from a good quality installation; plus I'm not always driving when I'm out with the Cobra - sometimes it's just parked at the beach.
I'm sure others have done it - like this Backdraft from the for sale section. Love to hear your thoughts/ideas/experiences.

I bought these for the gym - going to try them in the Cobra when things warm up and dry out enough to take it for a drive.

I got a radio in my Backdraft and I love it. I have no issues hearing it even at full throttle. I also had a switch put in so I can have the car off and still listen to tunes when im up the airport watching the planes land. The battery in these cars are very small so I wouldnt use it to play music in my driveway or anything like that.

ATV soundbars are a possible alternative for behind the seat mounting. They are almost all designed for the outdoors, meaning waterproof, shockproof and dustproof (resistant is probably more accurate than "proof").
Don't care for the look of this one, but specs are impressive. I suppose it could always be partially covered/camouflaged with carpet.
Boss Reflex BRRF40
40" amplified sound system with Bluetooth®
Includes four 5-1/4" speakers, one 8" sub, Class D amp, and Bluetooth remote
Built-in Class D amp (1000 watts peak, RMS rating not available)
Bluetooth 4.1 remote w/ easy pairing and auto re-connect
EDIT - Found a slightly smaller pic

A more subtle looking bar that could fit neatly on the rear bulkhead of some Cobras
