Default Switches on my Backdraft?

I have twin electric fans on my car. There are two switches on the dash, one that turns the fan on and off and the other I don't know. Could it be a switch to activate the fans via a thermostat?

Is the other one for an electric fuel pump option?

Hmm… The owner’s manual I have has a picture of the dash identifying each gauge, switch, etc. It states one switch is an override for the fan (I only have a single fan... but I do have a connection for a 2nd one)… where you can turn it on manually and not wait for the thermostat to turn it on… and the other switch is labeled in that picture as being for an electric fuel pump (unused if using a mechanical fuel pump). I guess it could always be used for something else.

My fuel pump comes on when the ignition is turned on. I guess the extra switch is enabled as the two fans come on together. The car originally had a carb, then changed to an EZ FAST fuel injection system so the fuel pump has been changed to supply the needed extra pressure. The engine is a complete roller so there are no provisions for a mechanical fuel pump. The high pressure electric works fine as the tank has a return/bypass system. I changed the FI back to a Holley 750 because the FI system was old and having issues. Thanks
