Default Dead Pedal

My car is an automatic, so doesn't have a clutch pedal. I need a dead pedal (foot rest) for those long drives. It makes a huge difference. You can't take the pedals out of the car without taking the engine out. That's frustrating.

This is what I started with

I ordered some new pedal from BDR, thinking they were replacements for what was already in there. I don't know why I thought that, the picture clearly shows it's not. Not a problem, though, because these look better.

I wanted to highlight the "AC" a bit. But it had to be durable.

And this is what I ended up with. I guess I need to buy a new gas pedal.

I would like to move the brake pedal over to the right about an inch. I used to have a pedal bender tool. But I loaned it out and never got it back.

I also purchased a chrome starter button. It looks nice, but kinda plain. I'm considering red paint in the letters.

I MO, it looks pretty good on the "horn" button.

snakeeyes, 1985 CCX and FredG like this.

Pedals are trickey. I have moved mine around quite a bit. They are getting pretty handy now but look like shyte. I plan to put aluminum pedal faces on them to make them look more official.

Default Switches

Went with these when I put in the carbon fiber dash. Start, toggle & horn.

I like the shutoff switch.
