Wow - that's pretty cool. Loved the slot car track portion too as I used to do that as a teenager. And James Drury was a hoot - the Virginian. We've watched just about all of his Virginian episodes. Imagine taking that test ride with Ken Miles with no windscreen in front and Miles flogging the little Cobra around the track.

I also remember watching Lloyd Bridges in 'Sea Hunt' as a kid and, of course, 'Airplane!' much later. I had no idea he was involved with anything related to cars and other vehicles.

Great footage.

I think I saw the "turd" out on the track with miles.

I also think I saw a cheetah in the race.

Awesome video.

My Dad took me to a Can-Am race at Riverside in 1967. It was watching those cars that started my life long love of that era of cars.
