Default Crush washer

Do y’all use crush washers with your Canton oil pans? I never have used one on my cobra but have used them on other cars...doesn’t seem to leak. Couldn’t hurt, right?

My pan is from Armando's Racing Oil Pans, but it came with nylon / delrin washers for both drain plugs. They're somewhat compressible, but pretty firm, so work effectively as crush washers.

Our daily drivers both used single use copper crush washers, but I then replaced them with solid copper washers. Copper pricing went way up, so aluminum ones were used after that.

I don't like the single use Cu crush washers for a number of reasons.
I'm using solid Cu washers or if not easily available, aluminium washers.

Cheers,
