You're going to love it! Peter is an incredibly talented fabricator. If you think this is nice, and it most certainly is, you should have seen his 289 Cobra build. His attention to detail is unequaled. Enjoy!

You better check the Blue Print motor before you beat on it.
We pulled a 347 Blue Print motor out of Ron's '65 Mustang last week. He bought the Mustang a year ago and put 5,000 miles on it. The second time he wound it up through the gears to third a piston came apart.
We tore the motor apart last Friday and Saturday. We found the cheapest parts they could use to build a motor. Hypereutectic pistons without enough ring gap is what probably broke the piston.
This motor would be find in a daily driver but we don't think it will hold up to any hot rodding. This one broke the second time with a little spirited driving.
The motor was bought from Jegs and has a serial number but they could not tell us anything about the parts in it.
The shop that build the car installed a MSD distributor with a steel gear and the long block had a cast cam. LOTs of wear on the cam gear.
He is ordering a 331 from Lance at Craft Performance today.
I have a motor for sale, minus one piston, rings, cam. Carb to oil pan and flywheel. cheap.
