Default Made the big move Friday

After owning all sorts of Shelby's and Cobra's since the early 70s time has come to walk away. Sold my CSX 4000car Friday. Getting older an not using it it was time to go. Bought a station wagon for my dog. He had a hard time getting in an outta the truck. Now he just walks in .
Of course Ill still do my thing reading whats goin on . One of the most fun cars we owned. So out with the old an into the new

I've got 4 convertibles in a 2 car garage at the moment, but I guess it would depend on the car, and the deal. In this case, I knew of the car, but did not know it was for sale.

Hey Bill.. Wasn't really for sale . Matter of fact none of my cars come up for sale . Opportunity came knocking at my door. Haven't used the car much since the wife passed. Kept saying to myself it's time for this to go. Bought this E63S wagon an didn't look back. Put more miles on it in 2 weeks than the Cobra in 7 years. I am down to 2 cars now. First time in my life. BUT still have a weak spot for early Mustang convertibles.
Bruce.huling and Harpoon PV2 like this.

If I get a convertible it will be a 65/66. Anything I buy now will be turn key. I really hallucinated about a 69/70 GT500 after my 66 GT350 left. Talk about the woulda, coulda, shoulda's . Life goes on !!
