Default PHX Car Show

Just got back from the hinterlands of Glendale where there was a pretty darn big car show. Don't think they got the anticipated 1000 cars but there was a bunch. Lots of old Ford hot rods, Mustangs, Chevelles, early 50s Chevies and stuff. Saw only one Cobra: a black SPF with CA plates. Did see a beautiful red Tiger that was nicer than it ever came from the factory. The work, craftsmanship, and inginuity that has gone in to many of the cars blows the mind. I didn't participate since my car is a driver, not show quality and a long time ago I quit paying my money to provide someone with an item of interest to an audience. Different story if its for a charity.

Karl, I attended the first one there. Lots of cars. 56 classes to enter but the cobra doesn't really fit into any of them. Muscle Car, Roadster, Exotic Car, 60's Car, Special Interest, Specialty Class, Open Car???
A Nancy Perry Production which means for profit. Owns Arizona Sportswear.
I agree, shows are not my cup of tea anymore. You would win if there was a "longest time to build" award.

Nancy Perry Productions.... Not my cup of tea. I would rather give the registration fee directly to a charity than give her any.
Old Phart likes this.

Mikiec...every time there is a Nancy Perry Production you bad mouth her. What did she do to make you so upset with her?
