In the books
The 13th Annual gathering is done.
I want to give a special thank you to Ginny, Diana, Joanne, Caroline and all the Ladies that constantly keep our gathering running smooth.
Another special thanks to Dennis for hosting the gathering for us. He has stated we can use it again next year if we have one. Hopefully someone will step up and get it done.
The weather was a main factor in the low turnout this year. The Marines did not show, Ginny will drop off the toy haul on Monday.
The Precision Driving Award went to Jeff Classic. Something about blowing up his BB a number of times this year. The Iron Butt award was transformed into the Candy Ass Award. It went to Don Morse. A special Enema bag was awarded to Carnut.

Thanks to Mike and Ginny and all the ladies that cooked for the gathering. And also Dennis for a great place to lay down some rubber and spend time with friends.

I enjoyed finally getting back and seeing a bunch of the group. Was disappointed that the Marines couldn't make it since I was hoping to be able to give one of them another ride. Fun to see the smiles on their faces when they get out of my car, after a "spirited" tour of the neighborhood. Whole lot of good food, good people, beautiful cars and I'll certainly cherish the lovely wall clock I received in the gift exchange. It may become a permanent fixture of the Anniversary parties by resurfacing again next year....it could happen...

Karl, it won't happen! That clock has a device imbedded which will "self-destruct" before the next gift exchange.
Hope you won't have it in your lap when it explodes!

Carnut, just knowin you'll love that injection knozzle.
Ralphie, That Super-Duper work light came from good old Harbor Freight. If you need the receipt, just let me know.

Karl, no need for a receipt, thanks!
But the damn thing already broke while trying to attach the magnets on the light under the hood! I thought you would have spent the extra bucks for "fiberglass magnets!"
Just kidding about the "broke" comment.

No, No, No. Someone snagged the pink tool set the year after I got it. can't remember just who it was. I've slept since then, but I wouldn't be surprised it it wasn't cup-holders, stereo, air conditioned, Fitz.
