Default Suicide is painless

Had a great drive today. Went to my favorite place in Mass. Rockport. Took some great video. When I got home I found the GoPro committed suicide. It just went and jumped off it's mount.

Don't be posting about great rides, it's over 110 degrees for the next week around here.

Jack, I suspect the gopro is mashed all over the road.

Dan, I did about 250 miles today. Had a jacket on to start, by the time I got home t-shirt.

Just remember you get about 3 months of very high temps and I get 6 months of snow.

That really is the name of the M*A*S*H theme. To this day I believe that a M*A*S*H rerun is better than any new show on TV. I watch two episodes on MeTV every night.

I also read the book. It's quite a startling work. Some of the movie is scripted from the book, but the TV show took a few liberties (like in the book Trapper John is the chief surgeon while in the TV show it's Hawkeye).

Darn, to bad about the Go Pro. I would have liked to see your Video. Did it just come loose from the mount or did the mount break?

The temperatures around this area have been in the 105/111 range with humidity for the past week or so. It does get down to the upper 70s at night though.

Ron, a portion of the mount system snapped like a dry twig.

A new GoPro has been ordered. I will figure out another system or location for the camera.

Put a tether on it that is fastened to something secure so that if it does come adrift, you won't lose it.
That's what I do with mine and it's saved it on at least one occasion.

I am looking into some sort of system. The camera usually sits on the roll bar.
