Default Arizona Cobras Anniversary Party Flyer

Thank you Paul Gillespie for all your work making this flyer. That's his cobra on the flyer by the way.
Copy, print, pass out to your cobra buddies. Let's make this "The Big One."
Emails going out.

By the way. I asked about grills and cooking at Bondurant and that is out. Bring only ready to eat food like sandwiches, chips, cookies (hint.)

Great Flyer! Thank you Paul Gillespie.

I'm working with a new contact at the Bondurant School, Brennan, and he will also be working with the sales group for those who want to do any track events. If anyone has any questions or requests for him, please ask.

Let's get the word out and show Bob and Pat our appreciation!

Where is the yankee swap? Never mind I read the small print.

Who's "Pat"?

Pat Bondurant is the person Bill has been dealing with. Wife of Bob.
I had to ask too.

I take it this is not going to be a buffet style as in previous years?... Just need to clarify.

Not a buffet style. Except for cookies.

So if it's not a buffet style, are we supposed to bring food for ourselves only or to share as in previous years?

Buffet style like previous parties is fine. No grilling on the premises. We will have tables and chairs for the gifts, food, and us to sit down. I'm now working with a new contact, Brennan, who is in charge. Will let everyone know more specifics soon! Bill

Any food style is fine with me. We have not made any arrangements for plates, utensils, napkins, table covers, trash bags, heat source, trays, condiments, ice, water, etc. I will assume tables and trash bins will be available. If someone wants to take charge of food, step up.

Not very far off for this event. Has there been any further discussion about auto crossing?

I still have lots of supplies from our picnic that I'll be glad to bring along:
Plates
Napkins
Plastic forks, spoons, knives
Table cloths

Since its not a buffet style thingy, don't really seen any need for heating sources and trays. Someone bringing a non-Cobra (maybe JAFM?) could bring water, ice, coolers?
