Happy July 4th, 2017
Besides being a day off, for those still working the salt mine, let's remember how fortunate we all are for living in such a great country. We've come a long way baby, in only 241 years ( a mere drop in the bucket compared to many European countries).
We certainly are not perfect, but I can't think of anywhere I'd rather live, warts, problems, politicians and all.
BTW, not a good day for past American Presidents:
John Adams and Thomas Jefferson both died on this day in 1826
James Monroe died this day in 1831.
