Would like to thank all the local Sunshine Coast and Brisbane cobra owners who have helped out with info along the way. Muzzza

On ya Muzza.... Congratulations.

Looks like that visit to my warehouse a couple of years ago was inspirational....
Love the colour scheme.
And the dash layout.

Twins !

Regards,

Warren

Hearty congratulations Murray. We all feel the excitement. Straight through engineering and Rego. A tribute to your skills.

Thanks for the comments Guys
Also a big thankyou to Mike Murphy for the the mid-shift conversion......and the additional machine work. You are an asset to the Cobra community .......still owe you a beer ! Gear box feels quite precise for a six speed.

Have not quite figured out what to do with gears 5 and six at this stage .
I have a bit of work to do on suspension set-up and steering geometry before I explore the upper end !

Warren.......Not too sure about the " Twins " analogy. I don't think my drive measures up to the finish of your " Missile " I have kept things very basic.
My color preference was for blue.....but I was persuaded by the management to go for gunmetal, like a huge percentage of cars on the road these days. The color is Mazda Graphite........

Yes I was inspired by my trip to your warehouse...........but I am inspired every time I meet you !!! You are one of the few customers I remember coming into my sunglass shop in Hervey Bay, many years ago. You certainly stood out in the Hervey Bay crowd.........for some reason ??
Your sharp wit makes the Gold Coast Cobra breakfasts what they are Mate.

Thanks also to Peter Hancock for his help and expertise and Graig White when I have bothered him with a question or three..... Might just go for a Drive. Muz

Hey Muzza,
Thanks mate... Very nice of you to say....

I know that colour very well...it's one that I see from a mile off on the Mazdas...fantastic colour......stands out like dogs balls.
Hoping that I will also have a car soon....and then we will arrange a decent run with the lads from the North Coast, to show off the new toys.
Cheers,
Warren

Thumbs up

Congrats Muzza, another one of Warwicks' hits the road

I found the inspectors at Qld Transport (Southport) great as well, I think if you present a recognised make in an obviously carefully built and engineered condition you're half way there.

And it's silver....ish too!

Sounds a good idea Warren. Just let us know when and we can help with arrangements. There are a few 'grey' ones up here ...

Spookpt........Not sure about the Nationals at this stage. May look at it later in the year, once I have a few miles under my belt.
