Default Clevo wanted

Hey guys

Have a personal trainer at the gym I go to who has just built up an Elanor.

Knowing of my cobra passion he asked if I knew of any Clevo's around for sale.

So has anyone got a Clevo motor they want to part with?

PM please if you have or know of someone with a Cleveland that is for sale.

Cheers

Steve

Slowy I thought for a minute you'd finally started your engine after the rebuild with bad results. Any time soon?

Paul

I anticipate a bit of a resurgence forward this weekend on the cobra after I've packed away the race boat in a rail container for transport over to WA for our Nationals after Xmas.

Otherwise the car's only seen sporadic attention to date sadly.

Am working on the loom though so once I've respliced that horrible separation the boys did to it I'll be a long way closer to testing the system.

Once done then I am about ready for a 1st restart of the refurbished beast.

Will certainly try and video that event for posterity or a laugh whichever transpires.

Anyway back on topic, if anyone knows of a Clevo and not a Royal engine, for sale I'd appreciate the contact.

Not sure of this fella's budget but that can come out in any discussions if there is a motor available.

Cheers chasps

Slowy, I got plenty of hits on Gumtree using "351 Cleveland".

Guys

I actually believe the motor might be destined to go into an older F series style ute he has also bought.

Regardless I think he is looking at what cheap option he has in sourcing a replacement motor. I think the current motor has seized.

Rossba is it a complete motor you have or only bits?

It is complete and was still running when I pulled it out to put the Windsor back in. Only took me 10 years to rebuild it. lol
