Mike, as I mentioned in my PM, I just ordered all the OEM parts from my local Holden dealer. Just speak with them.....they have everything you need including two schematics to show you every part (there's approx. 16 line items). Also, it ended up being cheaper to order direct from the Holden dealer instead of bringing the parts in from the USA.
There was a 3 bolt mount pulley about 10-12" above the alternator. Once all mounted up, the OEM alternator belt wrapped perfectly around everything and tensioned up with no slack. I'm away overseas at the moment, but from memory there are a total of 3 pulleys in the charging system plus the main pulley off the crankshaft.
And yes, as mentioned by Craig earlier, the LS1 alternator is relatively cheap (~$230 versus $450 for the LSA alternator) and fits the stock LSA alternator bracket. The plug is about $20.
