Can't get out of it that easily Tommy. We're intrigued.

Blocks on Fire??? Blacks on Fire? Bollocks on Fire?

I've never replied to a deleted thread before. Is this then a non-reply? Or is it a reply about a non-subject? Is it a thread about nothing? A Seinfeld thread?

Was it going to be a story about a block of land caught up in a bushfire? Or perhaps a story about a motor that like 750 HP's newly rebuilt 460 went through a disastrous shed fire, also the result of a bushfire, and was left with its alloy inlet manifold melted and running down the sides of the block? (The cooled alloy blob that was once a manifold is now hanging on his lounge room wall!)

Or do I just have an overwrought imagination and too much time on my hands?

Definitely too much time on your hands, but this 460 block definitely felt the effects of the fire. So did the 55 Chev and the full chassis LH Torana in the background. Ah, fun times.

Nah all good Tom. The next 460 kicked a rod out, so they were destined to be destroyed one way or another..!

That Ken Block video is great isn't it. A really unique car and a guy who doesn't mind throwing it around!

I miss read the title and thought it was Bollocks on fire.

Thought it might have been to do with the leather versus vinyl interior debate and what happens when you jump into your Cobra when its been sitting in the sun on a hot day.

Looks pretty tough and bulletproof to me, i would like to see the engineering underneath it, i like the start where its chained up and reving to about 8200 rpm, and then he hits the release button and its like a wild dog let off the chain and hes outa there. Thats one crisp motor it just snaps open.
Tomcat.
