Found this short clip I'd saved in photobucket whilst grabbing my shed update pics for my other thread.

Took this video of my youngest son Lachy about two years ago as a 17 yo having a go in a gym cancer challenge competion as a bit of a fun fund raiser.

Eventually joint winners deadlifted about 230kg from memory so he wasn't too far off the pace at 200kg!

Makes me have a hernia just contemplating it.
