Default Shelbyfest 2016

Hello,

Its on again in 2016................

The confirmed dates are 8/9/10 April at Winton Raceway in Country Victoria.

Friday optional practice, Saturday Winton Track day and Sunday TBA.

There are a number of sponsorship packages available for local and

interstate businesses. Contact president@cobracarclubvic.org.au if you would

like to receive some options.

Motorsport is increasing in cost every year, so sponsorship is

essential to continue the event in its current format.

The event is open to all Mustang, GT40, Cobra, SC540 and Daytona's.

Please put the date in the calendar before you better half has you mowing

the lawn.

The Shelbyfest Committee

Yes a new/better driver would definitely be a big improvement.

But I need to use technology to compensate for my lack of talent so I upgraded the rear stock VE callipers to a pair of 4 spot Wilwoods. (AP's couldn't fit under my OZwheels). The Stock VE Rears used to get quite hot.

Using the Territory Disc rotor as it sits back little and Aussie Mikes Machine shop made an adapter the Rotor for my VE rear with a nice spigot ring.

Oh and put in some braided lines on the Rear as well.
