Forum thread on rainproofing

I stumbled across a great thread some time ago, detailing all the little tricks to better weather proofing our cars.

I can't seem to find it again but believe it came from a source on the parent US forum. It would make a great sticky thread too for future reference.

Has anyone else seen this thread and able to point me in the right direction.

I've been stupendously fortunate to acquire some left over yellow EVA foam that is adhesive backed to help me better weather seal the car. The yellow too is damn close to the car's colour so it will blend in beautifully.

Any feedback appreciated.

I saw some wetsuit rubber jammed in between the door and the dash one day but as I don't have a soft top I figure that if the rest of me is going to be wet then my knee might as well be too.

It's only water after all.

I carry a parka in the boot for heavier downpours.
