Default Will an Aircon fit in a Pace427

Well my engine is now in and I am at the stage of choosing options and gadgets for the final leg of my Pace427 and I really would like to install an Air conditioning unit as I am opting for a removable hardtop but I'm worried that I won't have enough space in the engine bay with the LSA for the condensor and compressor etc.. Can someone please give me a lead or some info on where I might find a super small A/C set up for my project. I really only need it to assist in a bit of cool air on those really warm days as I don't want to turn into an ice cube.
Cheers
Scott

I got nothing for you other than Fiat 500s come with aircon and have pretty tight engine bays... so maybe start there?
Perhaps try investigating other more common small cars with tight engine bays and see what you find.

Good luck.

Look at some electric cars for some compact/remote units if you're really worried about space.
I think there should be a ban on any further posts before you upload some progress photos!
Is Mark building you an alloy hardtop?

This is all I have seen so far as the car is an hour away in a friends workshop getting the drive train installed. Once I have her home in a few weeks then I'll get some more decent pics and put them up.

Thanks for all the info on air con's. I'll look into them and see what we can make fit.
Cheers

I have a vintage air kit to suit my coupe, I can measure it up for you when you are ready?
