Roush Air Filter Replacement
Since #997 was built in 2008 I figure it might make sense to replace the Air Filter in the Roush Assembly versus cleaning. Anyone successfully locate this part?
I went through the "find filter by size" on the K&N website ... nada. E3515 is the closest.
The only option at Iconic is to buy the whole assembly. No filters.

Closest to what? Post your filters LxWxH here so that people can give you some advice.

I too have had a devilish time finding any filter taller than 2” in this oval size. 3” would be ideal but I’ll take even 2.5” if available (as a standalone filter only and no housing).

If you go the standard cobra oval, the below dimensions and link should help.
Tony Branda Oval 20.8 x 9.5 x 2.25

Update: The 3515 won't work for me. I need the 2 1/2" of filter height. At 2" (3515) the screw does not tighten enough and the assembly is loose. I think a washer might look tacky.

So the screw is a few threads too long using the 2.0" filter? Can you take 3-4 threads of the screw with a dremel or belt sander?
Or buy a shorter screw?
