Base/clear polyurethane, it does not matter who the actual original supplier is, a competent body shop can custom mix the paint to match. Touch up paint may be more difficult as the original spray out mix may be off a 1/10th of a gram here or there, making it one of two dozen alternate mixes for spot or touch up type work. Again a competent paint shop with racks of paint product on a rotating mixing wall can easily match it, regardless of which paint manufacturers product they use.
