Default Prestige Motors Built me a motor for my CR!

http://youtu.be/dKgfhkReNkc

Cobra is ready!

Suspension upgraded to tubular in the front with QA1’s and the rear was ARP and custom lower adjustable control arms, with QA1’s. C4 built for 600HP with manual trans body and a Lokar Vintage Shifter identical to the original 5 speed. Willwood brakes all around. Need to upgrade the radiator next. Enjoy the pictures and video link!

Hi Brodie,

It came with the car when I got it. I think this was considered an upgraded dash from CR according to the shop manual I have.

Those vents (Which I had on my CR series 1) came in the kit, which are from a GM (Chevette, Monza, Vega) The dash also came with side vent's (round) from another GM car.

It’s a 1992 CR1 has a sweet 289 that runs strong. Upgrading to a 347 so I can use the existing headers and side pipes. Front suspension is tubular from Heidt with QA1 Coil overs with two adjusting knobs. Upgrade the wheels and tires. Willwood 4 piston brakes all around. ARP rear upper control arms and a pair of adjustable lower control arms. C4 tranny with upgrades to hold up to 800HP. Upgrading the stall converter to a 3k when the new motor gets dropped in.

Rebuilding the rear end 8.8 with a Yukon differential and 31 spline axels. Also going with 355 gears as well. Looking at the radiator and trying to think of a good upgrade plus a reservoir that looks OEM.

Love building this car!
