Smile New member, 2001 B&B cobra

Hi, new member here and would like to introduce myself. My name is mike, and I'm from volo, ill. I'm a retired certified fire apparatus mechanic, manager and have always been into cars of all types. Do all my own Tig welding and fabricating. One car I always wanted was a cobra, and finally bought one about a month ago. Its a B&B, built in 2001. Bought it from original owner, has a new Dart block based Windsor, 400ci, 525hp with a tremec 5 speed. Been busy making repairs, and enjoying it. Runs like hell, handles well. Thanks for allowing me to be part of this site!

Welcome aboard! Lot's of knowledgeable people here. Enjoy the car and be careful as the roads will start getting cold and a little slick in the north fairly soon. Cold tires and a cold road do not mix well with light cars with a lot of horsepower.
