Default New to the Cobra community

I finally had a chance to get the car I have always wanted. I was able to purchase a car built in South Africa according to Shelby here in Las Vegas. I have the Shelby aluminum 427 and a 5 speed transmission. Car was completed in 2009 and has 1,600 miles on it. I have chassis number CSX48xx. I have a lot of work to do on it before I get it back on the road. It took a hit on the left front and middle of the body.lower A-Arm tore off the tab and it will need to be replaced along with some of the body supports Straightened out.I talked with Shelby here and they said that Superformance sells parts for their CSX cars. I will probably have a few questions about my rebuild that my Son and I will be working on. Once we get the suspension done we will send it off to paint. I’m thinking about replacing the front clip but I need to look into what it takes to replace it.
Hahaha it rotated my pic! Just tilt your head a little bit

When you repaint it, are you going to leave the stripe off?

My kid likes it just how it is. I really want to have a solid black car. I seen a black car that I believe is a member here and I loved it. Budget is getting ate up pretty fast. I’m still trying to source parts and get options. I will not do anything half a** the car is like new other than the water buffalo it hit. Lol probably cheaper to put stripes on rather than take them off the rear
