SPF289 FIA race car for sale

Hi everyone,

I have been looking at doing a new build for vintage racing, but first need to sell the SPF 289 FIA that I have been racing for the past several years. The car is race ready. It can be sold as is or minus the engine and transmission. I figured that I would touch base here first, as people here have been following the build over the years and know the quality of the workmanship and hours that have gone into the car.

Asking price is $150K for the complete car and $125K for the roller. It has an SVRA logbook and was the prototype for SPF to enter vintage racing. A lot of quality work and support has gone into this car from Rick Muck, Ross Henry and Dennis Olthoff. It is a race ready car and the quickest way to get into vintage racing with a well sorted and engineered car. The closest the vast majority of us will ever get to racing a real 289 FIA cobra.
