I had a 71 block re-built for emissions purposes. Current Colorado Kit/Replica car requirements for emissions are set at the regulations that were required during the same year as the engine block so in this case – 1971. The car has passed inspection at the State Patrol, Department of Health and emissions. Car is registered and titled in Colorado as a 2001 kit car.
I have over 43k invested in this car.
