Default ERA 3035 changed to ERA 3032

I seem to have moved up to Cobra 3032 and find that the body is ready to go to paint and the frame is powder coated and in the shop ready for parts.
Also good news is that Peter P. has a new painter (Jeff) that Peter has checked out and he does excellent work. Hope he is a bit quicker than some of the others.

I seem to recall an old adage about Fast, Good and Cheap. Something about you can only have two out of three. But as Meatloaf famously said, "Two out of three ain't bad ..."

Black Slabside, chrome wires, with Blood Red leather interior. Just like the first 1964 I drove back in 1965. Could have bought it for $4000, but wife didn't like the snake on the steering wheel. We bought the triple black XKE roadster for $4000 instead. This must have been the turning point that my life took as it when down the rabbit hole. Just kidding! I still had 3 more chances to buy 289 Cobras. Missed them all.

Well it has been 6 months and Jeff just sent pictures of #3032 with all body work completed and a week later the first primer coat and block sanding. Hopeful that car paint is finished in November and back to ERA. We are adding adjustable electric power steering and possibly Vintage air. Bob already checked and said there is enough room behind dash (will loose glove box) will keep glove box door and put controls behind it. This is a South Florida car and will be driven all year. My last 427 ERA (had it for 26 years) would melt me taking it summer car shows.

This is the body for ERA#3032. Also the completed 331cu Dart engine by D. Dalena. The engine has Afr heads 10-1 compression all forged internals and will have Holley sniper EFI under stock looking 289 air cleaner. Will give engine deiails at a later date.
