Default 289 Alloy wow

From what I see this is one of the few alloy HiTech AZ cars.
Either way great patina and details for the money.

Great looking car, but I think they are doing a disservice with the lack of proper details/description.

New info……….

UK body, Ex-Works England.
It’s HiTech mfg timeframe. May be a custom, will keep digging further.
Bill, I agree it’s undef advertised as I can see.
Comparable KMS way more as a roller.
Many details covered.

Cobra Make, Engine: Don't think I'll be getting a Cobra for a long time... Do have '94 RX-7 R2.

1995 was while Brian Angliss was still in charge of AC. I have heard stories of people getting Brian to "re-build" original Cobras cars based on some paperwork or some part of an orignal Cobra from the 60s. But then the original car from the 60s comes out of obscurity and the "re-built" Brian Angliss car needs to then become a "replica" Cobra perhaps with an R appended to the serial number. Hmm, do you suppose this might a car like that?

Looks like more of a HiTech, as HT-AZ bought a few bodies from Brian as did McClusky, Kress, Lynn and I am sure others.

So far the peices cobbled together are HiTech chassis, AC Body and assembled in the Central north. Built 1993-start and on the road circa 1995.
Time frame works for HTM as we know the chassis was domestic and not attached to the body from UK.

None the less a great patina and classy looking car.
