John - We certainly appreciate your concern. Our NB Cobra group voted to hibernate for the cold months but I do have some news.
One of our long time member couples, Dan and Cnristine Schieberl, lived in the coffee park area of Santa Rosa. They lost everything, two houses, their business and eight vehicles including their cobra. Still, they are resolute and rebuilding their lives with a great attitude. Another couple, Clive and Linda Egerton, evacuated Oakmont and were heading to their son's place in the fountain grove area of Santa Rosa. Well, their son's home was burned to the ground, but they were able to eventually return to their Oakmont house. Haven't heard of any other losses but not everyone has "checked in" so there may be others.
Hope everyone who reads this has a great 2018 and warm weather ahead for nice cobra cruises.
