Default Hoses for new installation (also fuel and elec)

Will be receiving SP03174 in a few weeks and a Roush 427SW which i will install myself. I dont have a list of whats in the install box that comes with the car but i gather radiator hoses are not included. I would appreciate any info you have on what hoses to use. Pictures of your install would be great that show routing.

I have the same questions about fuel lines and the electrical box. I have ordered a wiring diagram.

Thanks!

Thumbs up

Recommend you verify with the Dealer you purchased from. When I did my own installation, back in 2004, the radiator hoses came with the install kit.

Anybody ever install the AutoPlumb -20AN radiator hose setup on their car? I have not actually looked at it installed on any cars yet but the stuff looks great on their web site and videos.

Radiator hoses as well as clamps and stainless straight pipes to connect the bends are included in the install box. You will also receive the braided oil lines and fittings to attach them.

Email me and I can send some additional diagrams that will ease your install.

The fuel line is a hard line that terminates about where a mechanical fuel pump resides and is affixed to the frame rail with a slight turnout towards the engine. All you need to add is the flex line and clamps. If you are using an electric pump a feed wire is routed to the rear of the chassis as well as a control switch on the instrument panel

All of the electrics are done as well. You will have coiled wires with terminal ends for the alternator. The voltage regulator is already supplied and wired in. The battery cables are in place in the boot and the cables for the starter are there as well.

Most of this is covered in the installation manual we sent you previously. (For the record we did not sell this chassis, but have provided information and will be pleased to continue to do so)

Good move on buying the wire diagram from Blas, money well spent that can save you hours and perhaps a "nasty".
