Default Remote oil filter housing

Hi All,

Another dumb question for you guys but a necessary one for me.
I'm running an 12AN hose from my block oil adapter to the SF remote filter housing. My question is will the remote oil filter housing inlet ports allow for a 12AN fitting? They look very close together from the pictures that I was able to find and since the fittings are vary large they may interfere with one another. I'm guessing the ports are 1/2" NTP similar to the block adapter.

Thanks the help

Probably are, but that doesn't matter. Just get a -12 AN to 1/2 inch NPT adapter. Summit has them in stock. Should work fine.

Yup, Summit Racing has 98 -12 to 1/2" NPT adapters listed - straight, 45° and 90°. Using a 45° could provide additional room for -12 fittings if that's necessary.

Where possible, try to use a straight adapter with streamline fittings instead of the drilled, forged fittings. The flow difference is significant.
