John Shelton, not just a pretty face
John has been working on preventing muscular dystrophy here in Dallas. Yesterday his work was recognized in Science Magazine under the Science Express section. Maybe one of you computer types could post a link for all to share.
John has been telling me about it for months and it is finally done. Amazing work John. Congratulations and keep it up.
(I never knew that mice got muscular dystrophy)

Very cool.
I tried to link the article but need a subscription.
John, I think you're awesome, but not so much that I will pay to read something I can't understand. And you're not THAT pretty anyway.

it's a lengthy piece of work condensed into a few pages. I understood about 1/2 of it. The scary part, is that half is about 1/10th of 1% of the effort and work behind this research.
Well done John

Quote from article...
"Degenerative diseases of the heart, brain, and other tissues represent the largest cause of death and disability in the world, affecting virtually everyone over the age of 40 and accounting for the lion's share of health care costs. Regenerative medicine represents a new frontier in science, which seeks to understand the mechanistic basis of tissue aging, repair, and regeneration and to leverage this knowledge to improve human health."
John, any research efforts to repair limp tissue other than Viagra?
Congratulations! We are so proud of you and your teams efforts.
