Default Sat. Oct. 6th Cobra lunch

Looks like it might be slim pickins this weekend.
Lot`s of people at Tx/Ou, NHRA races or the fair in general.

HOWEVER......there are some of us who have no plans this weekend.
If there`s enough interest, I`d like to throw out possibly going to the Gas Monkey Bar n grill.
The food is pretty good and I bet we could park ourselves in the valet area. I don`t think they start valet til the evening?

I don`t know if the group has ever been out there before.

I could not get on Clubcobra to post something earlier so I posted on the Facebook page to see if anyone was interested to go to Corky’s north of the airport off 121. Either place is fine with me. I have not setup anything in about 15 years but thought it would be something new and different since my neighbor owns it and is a Ford guy too. Here is the link to see who would be interested in Corky’s. https://corkysgamingbistro.com/food-bar/

New to the area. Gas monkey sounds good to me.

So we are now posting in 3 areas, ie; Facebook, Clubcobra and new Texas Cobra site on meetings and events but we need to move to Texas Cobra Club site for all main postings decisions and then we could post on the other two just to keep all informed. Weather looks iffy on Saturday for the cars but my vote would be to try Corky's as James originally suggested last week.

I voted Corky's on the proboards site, weather permitting. I do agree we have too many communication channels going on this. I hate not to use Club Cobra as our base, but Ken has done a lot of work setting up the Texas site and that seems to be the consensus home base. So let that the be authoritative info source ...
