Car Jack
I'm looking for a low profile jack that will go up 19 inches.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have the 2 Ton low profile jack from Harbor Freight, item # 68050, which after comparing the photos on each website, I believe is exactly the same jack that Widows Son purchased from Amazon. I think HF's price is a little less. The jack seems to work well for my SF but as with many import products, I think their rating is a bit optomistic. It strains to lift my pickup.

Anyway, $200 plus $107.58 shipping and tax doesn't align with me being cheap but I may have to go that route - interesting that Northern Tool sells it for the same prize but only $65 shipping to CA.
Thanks for the input.

BINGO - Requires only 2-5/8" clearance and lifts up to 23-3/4" high with foot pedal for fast convenient pumping
$139.99, plus very reasonable shipping charge, also looks like a coupon for 25% off may work.
Thanks.

Wow! I didn't even noticed the shipping cost until you pointed it out. I didn't pay that much 9months ago...it's a great lift though.

bliss,
if the jack you own is fine for everything else you do, why not lift the kwick lift with it and put a jackstand under it remove jack and place a 4x4 on the pad and relift it to height needed.......just seems like a simpler and cheaper solution

Now, why didn't I think of that? Sometimes I feel a little slow when it comes to working with cars. Anyway, great idea - I just purchased a Kwiklift from another member - so, I'm not sure yet how I'm going to use it - there are a few options - up (front/back), slant (front only up) and drive on.
Since HF occasionally takes $100 off floor jacks, I'll wait for a sale and go with your idea for now.
Thanks.

3.5 ton Arcan low profile from Costco, $99
[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Arcan-Quick-Lift-Professional-Service/dp/B000Y9YGX4"]Amazon.com: Arcan Quick Lift Professional Service Jack - 3 1/2-Ton, Model# XL35 [Automotive]: Automotive@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41ZE6btcXcL.@@AMEPARAM@@41ZE6btcXcL[/ame]
This is an awesome jack. Available for more $ elsewhere
Dual pumps for fast up, stable as heck, only downside is its a heavy mo-fo.
oh and the rubber pad eventually falls out and won't stay in the cup anymore, but this jack is my go-to and I own two of them.

I have the Omega blackhawk 29023, it is a little pricey, but it is only 2 1/2 inches off the ground, is extremely long, 42 inches with a 30 inch reach under the car. It also raises to a height of 20 inches.
