I don't know enough about your particular make of car. But your wheel conversion package should include the hub and rotor, and be compatible with your existing calipers and bearings. Both five pins and six pins look the same from the outside, but six pins are nicer and, generally, present less problems (but cost more).

Well, we are all "Cobra" guys so it is a given that we must believe that more is better. :-) I will note that I own an SPF that is working on 78,000 miles. SPF's come with 5 pin wheels. Mine have been on and off MANY times and seen LOTS of hard track use. I have yet to experience a single problem related to the 5 pin design. My experience, fwiw.
