Default 6 July - Scheduled Snake&Eggs - ANYONE?

So is there going to be a Snake&Eggs this coming Saturday at the usual breakfast joint?

Can somebody please chime in and suggest a more interesting drive than the "usual?" And, "NO", Apple Valley Restaurant is NOT an alternative!
Please use your imagination and find a place that will put a few miles on Blas's Cobra.

Olde North Pancake House on Rt. 64 (North Ave.) in West Chicago is outstanding. Decent sized parking lot out back and some good roads in the area.

Another great out-of-the-way place is Harner's in North Aurora at Rt. 31 and Rt. 56 on the Fox River.

Default Alternative idea?

How about a picnic concert in a park? I'm going to Delavan Wi for a show with my boys Beatles tribute band. I could arrange special parking for the cars. It's at 7pm till about9pm. It's kind of like a Ravinia atmosphere.
Just an idea, Sten

With all due respect, Steno, 7 pm is a little late for breakfast.

CCR..., years a ago the club made Olde North Pancake House a breakfast stop more than once with good turnout. We used to hit a variety of restaurants in a fairly diverse area.

Redsnake. Stop whining. At least you get to drive your pretty little red car in the summer time without dying from heat exhaustion, or sweat till you swim. I'm sure by the time oct gets here the guys from Windy City will be tired of you so you can get back to AZ so we can put up with you for a while.

Ken's restaurant this time because of such short notice.
Lets decide on a place on line this month if you wish to change the location.
